I've been coming here since 2014 and have had nothing but good experiences. Alex has always been honest with me about what my car needed and would go out of his way to find cheaper parts online in order to reduce my bill.

When my window was smashed, the auto glass shop on Park Street quoted me $1,115, but I called Alex for a second opinion and he replaced my window for $230. This is just one example of the kind of help I've received here.

This review is long over due as i have been taking my families Mercedes to Alex for years now. They make sure to find the best price on replacement parts and will explain in detail the issues with the car. Never had an issue with their work as it is always done professionally and in a timely matter.

Been going here for years, I always ask for Alex. He treats his customers like family not just another client to make money off of. He routinely has helped me out with things I didn't even recognize as issues I may be having and has fixed them free of charge (clearly im not a car guy). He has never overcharged me and in fact pointed out times I was overcharged at other shops in the past on previous work. I have watched him treat other customers with the same golden glove service no matter how difficult the client may be. A friend referred me and im so grateful he did, its a 35 minute drive without traffic and ill make that drive anyday to be treated with the composure and professionalism displayed by this young man. Do yourself a favor and head over, Alex will make sure you leave a happy customer.

I have been taking all my family cars to Alex for the past 8 years. Hes work on my foreigns, domestics, and classics. Hes a one of the best mechanics i haven known. Whether it may be issues with my vehicle or recommendations on performance parts i should go with. He always open and friendly to guide me in the right direction. The guys knows his cars, i send everyone to him. You cant beat his prices either he keeps everything honest.

Great shop, Alex is amazing,trained by the best at Mercedez in Oakland and graduates as one of the best. He continues to bring his hi quality standards to his Dads shop who also prides himself in excellent customer service. I have used this shop since they opened and have never been disappointed. I know how many shops overpriced the work on a Mercedez, not Sam and Alex, great work for a fair price. I read some of the negative comments I definitely can't agree with. If one needs brakes?? We'll be specific front or rear, or both, it's hard to guess.
